I work with people who have spent much of their lives feeling like they don’t quite fit the mold. If you’ve ever felt like you’re on the outskirts looking in, know that you’ve found a safe, affirming space here. As an openly queer therapist, I understand how important it is to have a place where you can show up fully as yourself, without judgment or the pressure to conform.
I’m passionate about working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent adults who are exploring identity, navigating relationships, questioning what life “should” look like, or realizing the world wasn’t built with their needs in mind. Together, we’ll explore ways to make life work for you — building self-acceptance, clarity, and fulfillment on your own terms.
I love helping clients deconstruct the stories we’ve been told about who we’re supposed to be and instead explore what truly feels right and meaningful. We’ll also look at how larger systems and social expectations can shape your experiences and mental health, and how to reclaim your story with compassion and agency.
I integrate techniques from Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS), guiding you to explore your story and connect with your inner parts. Together, we’ll honor the roles they’ve played to protect, adapt, or hide, offer compassion, and begin rewriting your story with more authenticity, understanding, and self-trust.
Therapy, to me, isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken — it’s about finding your voice, reclaiming your power, and discovering the beauty in your unique story.
If you’d like to see if we’re a good fit, I’d love to connect.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida (License No. IMH 25460) and supervised by Melissa Nelson, LMHC, MH13396.
I allow one late cancellation per year, no charge. After that, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment, or rescheduled within the week or you will be charged your full session fee.
Fees are $100 per session (50 minutes). I do not accept insurance. I accept credit/debit cards and HSA cards. I am also a contractor for Lukas Counseling and can accept Medicaid through their agency. I have limited reduced fee spots for trans folx and BIPOC.
I utilize traditional talk therapy with techniques from IFS and narrative therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
Counseling will be a safe space for you to discuss your current struggles. During your intake, we will set goals together and work together on those goals in subsequent sessions.
If you are in immediate danger, please contact 911. If you need immediate support, contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (1-800-273-TALK) or Crisis Text Line (Text HOME to 741741) for confidential support.
